The Community Hall is located at the heart of Broadheath within the Sinderland Road Community & Retail Hub. Our modern building has ample parking and is easily accessed by a local bus service or Metrolink which is a 15-minute stroll. The facilities are ideal for community groups, training seminars, meetings, exercise classes, children’s parties and family gatherings. There is
complementary Wi-Fi throughout the building and a secure intercom entry system.

The main hall is a light, airy room with high ceilings and French doors leading to the garden area which creates a sense of added space.

Garden
The secure garden is accessible via the main hall and its use is exclusive to this space. Two toilets, with nappy changing facilities are directly off the main hall and are included in the hall use. Two toilets including one with disabled access and nappy changing facilities are directly off the communal foyer for all hirers use.
