Hall Bookings

Please email Broadheath@hotmail.co.uk to request a booking. Within the email, please specify:
* What the hall is needed for
* The date of your event
* Start and end times of your booking
* Your contact details (email and mobile number)

Once we have received your booking request, we will review it as soon as possible and update you accordingly. Throughout the process you will receive email updates.

Please note that all bookings are subject to a deposit which must be paid within 2 weeks of booking and before the date that is being booked.

If a bouncy castle is being hired, a copy of hirers liability certificate will need to be provided at least 2 weeks before hire date.

Please note:-

That the hall is unavailable before 1.30pm on Saturdays (during term-time).
No bookings will be accepted before this time.

30 minutes will be allowed both before and after your requested booking time to allow set up and clean up time.
