Room Hire

Broadheath Community Hall is a warm and welcoming building. Our rooms are light, airy and adaptable to suit a variety of events. The hall is a popular space for children’s parties, family gatherings, events, conferences, group activities and exercise classes. In keeping with our aims and objectives, we do not allow 18th or 21st parties. Our meeting room is frequently used by local community organisations, accommodating up to 25 in a seated meeting.

**All show-arounds need to be booked in advance. To arrange a viewing of the hall, please email your request to: Broadheath@hotmail.co.uk. 

SINGLE USE BOOKING

Ideal for a social gathering, party or single use event/meeting

• £50 retainer (parties up to 50 people)
• £75 retainer (parties 51 plus people)
• Once your requested date has been accepted by email, your booking date will be reserved.  You will  need to send a retainer/deposit directly to Broadheath Community Hall within 14 days for your booking to be confirmed.
• If cancelled more than 28 days before your booking date, a full refund will be given.
• If cancelled less than 28 days before your booking date, only your retainer will be returned.

GROUP/REGULAR USE BOOKING

Ideal for groups or organisations who wish to reserve the room/slot on a regular basis. All applications are submitted for review by the lettings committee on a monthly basis. Successful applications will be notified directly.

We operate an equal opportunities system ensuring that all aspects of the local community are represented. The rates for hire are based on the length of commitment and type of community engagement.
